I've got it!

My new camera arrived today!!!!! You bet I'm excited. It's a Nikon D 3100, all cool and fun looking. The battery is currently charging, but it's going to be in full use VERY soon. First order of the day will be to start re-photgraphing a lot of my work, especially the bracelets.

And speaking of bracelets, I now have almost completed my fifth one which means, just one more to go to fill the order from the MacKenzie Gift Shop. And then, time to make some small wall hangings as Traditions Handcraft Gallery has suggested that I should bring some more in.

I'm pleased that five of the six I took in earlier have sold, so, they are absolutely right--time for some new material. The one problem with this is that they have very little room so the pieces have to be quite small. While I do work a lot smaller than I used to, I still have a bit of a problem saying what I want to say in something that's only about 8" x 10". I guess that's part of the challenge.

It looks like I'll have lots to keep me busy over the next while, at any rate.
